1. Refund Policy

All payments made towards subscriptions for TraderLog are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed successfully, we do not offer any refunds, either in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes — but is not limited to — user dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or unused subscriptions.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so directly through the payment platform or UPI app used at the time of subscription (e.g., Razorpay, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). TraderLog does not have access to your billing credentials and therefore cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf.

Please ensure that cancellations are completed before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges. Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no prorated refunds will be provided.

3. Trial and Demo Responsibility

We may offer free trials, demo access, or discounted plans periodically for evaluation purposes. It is the user’s responsibility to utilize such offers to evaluate the platform before subscribing. By proceeding with a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in overcharging, users may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof. We will investigate and initiate a refund only if verified as a duplicate transaction.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will be treated as a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to permanently suspend access to TraderLog for users who attempt to circumvent our payment and refund terms through false disputes.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a subscription to TraderLog, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy prior to making any payment.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for managing their account, subscription status, and payment methods. TraderLog shall not be held liable for missed cancellations, incorrect subscriptions, or user errors during payment.

8. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

Subscriptions to TraderLog are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Users cannot transfer their subscription to another individual or request credits or exchanges for other services or time periods.

9. Digital Product Acknowledgement

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that TraderLog is a digital service, and hence, traditional refund policies (like for physical products) do not apply. As access is granted instantly upon payment, refunds are not feasible under any use case.

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhattisgarh, India. Before initiating any legal action, users must attempt to resolve the issue by contacting TraderLog support.

11. Policy Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of TraderLog after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
