1. Digital Delivery
TraderLog is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No physical items will be shipped to your address. All services are delivered electronically via the internet.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful payment or trial activation, your access is granted immediately:
- You will be automatically redirected to the Journal Dashboard.
- A Welcome Email containing your login credentials and setup guide will be sent to your registered email address instantly.
3. Troubleshooting
If you do not receive your access details within 15 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Check the "Promotions" tab if you are using Gmail.
- Contact our support team immediately at support@traderlog.in.
